Business Anaylsis:
You don’t have to own a million-dollar custom motor coach to enjoy the power of the product. Even in your weekend getaway recreational vehicle you can add a remote wheel chair for extra relaxation time. Your custom installer may recommend and IPAD 2 or our new TSU7000 and MRZ-260 system featuring digital RF operation. This would include several sub-markets such as, but not limited to, wheel chair and universal remote systems. This would also venter into the styling markets and the aspect of you feeling right at home. This will help the image of our company, and help us establish ourselves as industry leader in innovation and inventions.  We will not able to make these products in the United States because these require big factory places and a large amount of workers we should be able to make this product in our current facilities which are in japan. We chose this because they have the latest head start in technology they are becoming a more futuristic country, we will need some new employees familiar with the technology that is going into this product. Because of the anticipated success of this product we wouldn’t want to run any risks. Since there aren’t any competitors in this field, because we  are combining two majorly  different things into one I am not worried about have competition, but what I am worried about the fact of another company taking our idea and perfecting it before we’ve gotten a chance too. Our competitors will likely try to jump on this product very quickly, which is why it is important to release it first and establish favorable distribution agreements with companies who will want to use our product. Companies like Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Samsung, and Dell would be examples of the people we need on our side. With any product there will be a risk but this is a risk I am willing to take.

Idea Screening: I am confident this product would get through the process of idea screening with ease. By conducting internet research, it is easy to see that many people share my ideas of making this happen, but no one has the money or the products to sponsor the project. Looking up things about market value and people’s opinions of the pricing of the electrical wheelchair and how they are outrageous for such mediocre quality wheel chairs. In my opinion this product will sell, because people would see the time and effort put into making this product a dream come true.
Idea Generation:
Not everybody can afford an electric wheelchair, and many users are stuck with manual wheelchair. This might be acceptable for younger people that are generally in better condition and have more strength, but can become irritating with aging, or if disabled person loses a caretaker. In this case up until now the only solution was buying new or used electric wheelchair. The device features an incorporated TFT display with touch screen technology that allows users to control their TVs, DVD players, satellite receivers, stereo systems, and more. The screen offers the best readability on the market, and its 64,000 colors allow users to be as creative as they want to be. Unlike most remote controls, which are limited to a certain number of components and/or functions, the Pronto Pro's unparalleled design combines the benefits of a dynamic digital user interface with direct access buttons. It's easy to add, delete, and label new buttons or menus, letting users customize the remote according to individual needs and tastes. Users can also set up, change, and personalize the user interface with any number of components. With the combination of these two major components I will create the 1st modernized electrical wheel chair with a universal world remote system incorporated into it.

Idea journal: I was watching TV infomercials on mechanical wheel chairs and saw that they were all the same. They were bland in color and in style; they were also limited on space and being comfortable. To me these were very important things and they are what ten d to matter the most, after the quality. As far as seeing in infomercials on HDL house remotes there were none, because certain people cannot afford to buy the system for their houses. With this being brought to my attention I then came up with a strategy to help people get around more efficiently. A fast, easy, stylish way to get around more easily if you are handicapped, disabled or just older.
